ZHENGZHOU, China – July 2026 – Zhengzhou Yishang Machinery Co., Ltd. has successfully completed the installation and commissioning of a Fully Automatic Thermoplastic Road Marking Paint Production Line with Robot Palletizer and Automatic Bagging System for a customer in Selangor, Malaysia.

The line delivers 8-12 tons per hour of white and yellow thermoplastic paint, meeting BS EN 1436 standards. It represents one of the most automated thermoplastic road marking paint production lines in the Southeast Asian region.

"The robot palletizer and automatic bagging system have reduced our labor requirements from 8 workers per shift to just 3," said the customer's production manager. "The line runs continuously, and pallets are stacked consistently for shipping."

Robot Palletizer – A 6-axis robotic arm stacks bags onto pallets at 15-20 bags per minute. It replaces manual stacking, eliminates back strain injuries, and delivers consistent, stable pallet loads

Automatic Bagging System – Twin-auto packer fills and seals bags at 30-40 bags per minute. Accuracy: ±0.2kg per 25kg bag. The system includes automatic bag placement, filling, sewing, and date printing.

Full Automation – From raw material silos to finished pallets, the entire process runs with minimal human intervention. PLC + HMI touchscreen enables one-button start-up and real-time monitoring.

BS EN 1436 Compliance – ±0.5% weighing accuracy ensures consistent luminance (white ≥75, yellow ≥45) and skid resistance (≥50 BPN) batch after batch.
