1. Raw Material Storage – Resin, TiO₂ (white), chrome yellow, CaCO₃, glass beads in 6-8 silos

2. Automatic Weighing – PLC-controlled with ±0.5% accuracy

3. High-Speed Heating Mixing – 150-220°C for resin melting and uniform dispersion

4. Cooling Conveyor – Water-cooled belt for solidification into sheets

5. Two-Stage Crushing – Coarse crusher → fine pulverizer (0-4mm)

6. Vibrating Sieve – Particle size classification

7. Twin-Auto Packaging – 30-40 bags/minute; ±0.2kg accuracy

8. Dust Collection – Pulse jet throughout for clean operation
