This Thermoplastic Road Marking Paint Production Line combines three automation systems into one seamless process:

PLC Automatic Batching and Weighing System – Every ingredient is weighed by high-precision load cells and controlled by the PLC. Accuracy: ±0.5% for pigments and additives. Recipes stored in the HMI touchscreen. One-touch switching between white and yellow.

Twin-Auto Bagging System – Two independent packing heads fill and seal 25kg bags at 30-40 bags per minute. When one head is serviced, the other continues. No production downtime.

Automatic Bag Palletizer – A 6-axis robotic arm stacks filled bags onto pallets at 15-20 bags per minute. Payload up to 50kg. Stack height up to 1800mm. Eliminates manual lifting and back injuries.

From raw material silos to shipping-ready pallets, the line runs with only 2-3 operators per shift.

Proven Configuration

This exact configuration was installed in Selangor, Malaysia. Results: operators reduced from 8-10 to 2-3 per shift. Packaging speed increased from 10-15 to 30-40 bags per minute. Daily output rose from 8-10 tons to 20-25 tons on an 8-hour shift.3

What It Produces

White thermoplastic road marking paint: luminance ≥75, drying time ≤3 minutes, skid resistance ≥50 BPN.

Yellow thermoplastic road marking paint: luminance ≥45, drying time ≤3 minutes, skid resistance ≥50 BPN.

Both meet BS EN 1436 and AASHTO M249. Suitable for highways, urban roads, airports, and parking facilities.
