How the System Works

Step 1: Raw Material Batching
PLC-controlled weighing with ±0.5% accuracy. Pigments (TiO₂ for white, chrome yellow), glass beads, resin, and fillers are precisely dosed-

Step 2: Heating Mixing
High-speed heating mixer reaches 150-220°C for uniform dispersion. Consistent softening point (90-125°C) every batch.

Step 3: Cooling & Crushing
Water-cooled conveyor solidifies the melt. Two-stage crushing delivers 0-4mm powder for application-ready paint.

Step 4: Automatic Bagging System
Twin-auto packer fills 25kg bags at 30-40 bags/minute. Accuracy: ±0.2kg. No manual bag handling. Automatic sewing and date printing included.

Step 5: Robot Palletizer
6-axis robotic arm stacks bags onto pallets at 15-20 bags/minute. Payload: up to 50kg. Stack height: up to 1800mm. Automatic layer padding dispenser included-.

Step 6: Dust Collection
Pulse jet collectors capture particulate at all dust points. Zero VOC emissions – 100% solids formulation.
