What Makes This Line Different

PLC Automatic Batching and Weighing System
Every material – resin, TiO₂, chrome yellow, glass beads, calcium carbonate – is weighed by high-precision load cells and controlled by the PLC. Accuracy: ±0.5% for pigments and additives, ±1% for fillers. The system stores multiple recipes. Switch between white and yellow paint with a single touch on the HMI screen.

Automatic Bag Palletizer
A 6-axis robotic arm picks filled 25kg bags from the bagging station and stacks them onto pallets in a programmed pattern. Speed: 15-20 bags per minute. Payload: up to 50kg. Stack height: up to 1800mm. The palletizer eliminates manual lifting, reduces back injuries, and delivers stable, uniform pallets that ship safely.

Twin-Auto Bagging System
Two independent packing heads fill and seal bags at 30-40 bags per minute. When one head needs maintenance or a new bag roll, the other keeps running. No production stop. Accuracy: ±0.2kg per 25kg bag.

The Complete Production Flow

Raw materials enter from silos. The PLC batching system weighs each component to the recipe. The heating mixer blends at 150-220°C. The cooling conveyor solidifies the melt. Two-stage crushing delivers 0-4mm powder. The twin-auto packer fills 25kg bags. The robot palletizer stacks them for shipping.

Every step is monitored on the HMI touchscreen. Temperature, weight, speed, and fault alerts are visible in real time. Production data is logged for quality traceability.

Proven Performance

This configuration has been installed and commissioned in Selangor, Malaysia. The customer reported labor reduction from 8-10 workers per shift to just 2-3. Packaging speed increased from 10-15 bags per minute to 30-40 bags per minute. Daily output rose from 8-10 tons to 20-25 tons on an 8-hour shift.-3
